Better Health, Prioritize, Planning, What Is Your PATH?

Better health and well-being don’t happen, by chance, and/or, accident! It only comes, when, each of us, assumes personal responsibility, for our actions, and does so, in a well-considered, strategic plan, and commitment to effective action planning!

However one proceeds, with what he focuses on. How willing he is, to expand the limits of his self-imposed, comfort zone. And whether, he is ready, willing, and able, to proceed, forward, wisely, and effectively, often, makes a huge difference, in one’s quality of life!

Focus on what, specific PATH, you are ready and willing, to take, and, why you might choose, a specific course of action.

Therefore, with that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means, and represents, and how, a wise decision, might make you, considerably, happier, and healthier.


  1. Priorities, planning, plans, pleasure, preferences, and pursuits.

Therefore, consider carefully, your personal priorities, and specific rationale!

Are your plans meaningful, and focused, for – you, and will your personal planning, make you happier, and healthier?

Will your preferences, bring you pleasure, and will your pursuits, focus on the best paths, for you to take?


  1. Attitude, attention, aptitude, and Action.

Negativity, often, destroys your productivity! When we proceed, with a positive, can-do, attitude, and we pay attention, to the best way, to achieve our objectives, we position ourselves, effectively, to enhance our aptitude, skill – sets, and personal potential!

However, merely having good ideas, objectives, etc. Doesn’t get it done, unless/until, we proceed, with a well-considered, strategic, and action plan!


  1. Time-tested, timely, true (to self).

You don’t need, to reinvent the wheel, in order to enhance your life! They study, learn, and fully consider options and alternatives, taking advantage of time-tested approaches, and concepts, and applying them, appropriately.

When there are obstacles, consider them as challenges, to overcome, instead of problems, and proceed forward, in a well-considered, timely manner!

Never forget to be true to yourself, and maintain the highest quality of personal character, in everything you do, and pursue!


  1. Honest, healing, head/heart.

Be pragmatic, introspective, and objective, so you might maintain the ability to take an honest look, at yourself, and proceed, in a way that is personally healing!

Combine the finest aspects of, both, your logical, and emotional components, in a head/ heart balance!

Finally, what is your PATH to better health? Are you ready, willing, and able, to proceed wisely, in your own, best – interests?

It’s Your Health: Face The Facts

Rather than proceeding, in a state – of – denial, and procrastinating. A wise individual, proceeds, consistently, in a well-considered, effectively planned manner. Which identifies his personal needs, issues, priorities, goals, and perceptions, in a realistic manner.

Furthermore, it’s your health and life, so, doesn’t it make sense, to take the time, fully consider your realities, and, thus, face the FACTS?

Many people seem to proceed, denying reality, and seeming to believe, that issues will automatically go away. And thus, merely, procrastinate!

With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means, and represents, and why, it makes a huge difference.

  1. Future, Fruition.

Furthermore, will you close your eyes, to the possibilities, and ramifications, of the future, or will you proceed, in a well-planned, logical manner?

However, it’s not enough, to simply, recognize, what might occur, and the best path, to follow, but, rather, it’s important to commit to taking things, to a logical, well-considered, fruition!


  1. Allergies, Aches, Attitude, Attention.

Therefore, Will, you be able and ready, to differentiate between minor aches, and pains, as opposed to more acute ones?

Will you interview health professionals, remain open-minded, to the possibilities, and alternatives, and consider, things, on a realistic, risk/reward scale?

Many people have certain allergies, and unless, you know, what they are, and proceed accordingly, you risk making something, which is relatively minor (often), far more severe, and/ or, risky! How much time, and attention, will you dedicate to your overall health and well-being?


  1. Clarify The Character.

It’s important to clarify your personal needs, and requirements, in a well-prepared way! Pay attention to maintaining the exceptional quality of your personal character, and recognize, how, making yourself, happier, and healthier, is a wise strategy!


  1. Time-Tested, Timely.

There’s no reason, to try to reinvent, the wheel, or, throw out the baby, with the bathwater! Take advantage of time-tested approaches, possibilities, and treatments, and always, proceed, in a well-considered, timely manner!


  1. Solutions, Strengths, Stronger.

Proceed in a solution-oriented manner, knowing your personal strengths, and taking advantage of them, while addressing all areas of weakness.

When you make yourself, stronger, and better prepared, your possibilities, for living a healthier, happier life, are significantly enhanced and improved!

It’s your health! Face the FACTS! Instead of denying. Therefore, proceed, in a proactive, well-considered manner, and prepare, for the happiest, healthiest future!

How Does Your Focus Affect Your Health?

You are what you think! This adage is extremely relevant, to our overall health, and well-being.

Whether one pursues, the best possible course of action, or focuses, on the negative possibilities. Often AFFECTS whether we are true, happy, and healthy, or, let our personal negative thoughts, dominate us. Or, whether, we consistently, are ready, willing, and able, to focus on, being, happier, and healthier.

Henry Ford has been credited with saying, you can think you can, or can’t. Either way, you’ll be correct.

Therefore, with that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means, and represents, and why it’s such an essential consideration.

  1. Attitude, Attention, Actions.

Do you proceed, with a true, positive, can-do, attitude, or, do you let the self-imposed limitations of your comfort zone, dominate you?

Furthermore, How much attention do you pay, to your health, and well-being, and do your actions, match your rhetoric, and claims?

Will you transform obstacles into challenges, overcome, them, or consider them, as problems, and become debilitated?


  1. Faith, Feeling, Feelings.

How much faith, do you have, in yourself? Are you feeling, good vibes, about your personal value, and do you pay close attention, to your feelings?


  1. Furnish, Fruition, Future.

How might you furnish it? The necessities, which make you, better, happier, more self-confident, prepared, and, thus, potentially, healthier?

Furthermore, will you have the persistence, to bring your finest efforts, to fruition? What might you be willing to do, today, to ensure a finer future?

“For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. It's so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps.”

  1. Energy, Emphasis, Endurance, Expectations, Excellence.

Will you maintain an energy level, which enriches your existence? Will you place most of your emphasis, on where it benefits you?

Hopefully, you will realize, good things take time, and persistence, and will proceed with endurance, to ensure positive results!

When you demand the utmost degree of personal excellence, you will proceed with positive expectations and self-belief!

  1. Character, Create- Creative, Consider.

How will you create, your level of quality character which ensures, a happier, healthier future? Certainly, creative individuals creatively consider, viable options and alternatives; in a well-considered manner!


  1. Time-Tested, Timely.

In order to become happier, and healthier, there is no need, to reinvent the wheel!

Therefore, it is beneficial, to learn, from the past, and proceed, in time-tested ways.

However, unless/ until, you avoid procrastination, and proceed in a well-considered, timely manner. You will never, become, the best, you can possibly be!


  1. Strengths, Stronger, Solutions, Spirit.

Know your personal strengths, and weaknesses, effectively using areas of strength, while addressing any weakness!

When you become stronger, and proceed, with a positive, productive, spirit, you will use quality, viable solutions, to ensure the finest possibilities!

When you know, and understand, your personal responsibility, and how your focus, affects your possibilities. Furthermore, You enhance the chances of being happier, and healthier! Will you become, your own, best friend?
